A convenient seasoning made from various selected authentic spices and herbs to make gulai.
Usage Instructions:
Prepare 1/2 kg of chicken/beef/goat, cut into desired sizes, and fried shallots as garnish. Sauté 1 pack of Indofood instant gulai seasoning until fragrant. Add the meat to the sautéed seasoning. Add 1 cup of water (250ml). Cook until the meat is tender and the sauce thickens to your liking. Serve hot with a sprinkle of fried shallots.
